In the world of charismatic leadership the elite are encouraged and worthy of giving a message or speaking from a platform, but is that how it really works. I think not. No one can tell your story quite like you can. No one has cried the tears that you’ve cried or even shared in your pain. No one has been on your journey, or seen your brokenness. They have only watched from the sidelines, cheering from a distance, but not really embracing the pain that comes with your VICTORY. Yes, you were meant to tell your story. Shout it from the mountain top each day that you rise. Sing your story, dance your story before all men that they may see the God that lives in you.
Never let anyone tell you the amount in which you can or are willing to share yourself, or give of that that you have experienced. Never let anyone take your story from you and hide it deep within the walls of an iron box, shutting out the very light and life of your story for which you were meant to share with others. That’s what men will do sometimes if you allow them. They will hide you. They will speak words that will force you into retreat and cause you to shutdown, causing your story to become obsolete, until it is no more, but don’t let them. Someone is waiting to live. They are waiting for the light and life that you can only give them, for it was given to you from God to help them in their desperate time of survival.
Who are we if not the hands, eyes and feet of God. His word lives in us, it is his breath we breathe everyday, not for ourselves, but for those that we love, for those that our lives will touch, and those who are near to us.
Our story should be so bright that men should be able to see it from a distance. God came into the world walked among men and left his example in all things. He said, “I came not into the world to condemn the world, but that through me the world might be saved,(live).(John 3:17) He came so that we can have life, ABUNDANT LIFE!. Stop waiting to be recognized and do whatsoever it is God called you to do. After all it is your life, your ministry, your talent, you will be held accountable for in the end
