It’s not what happens to you, but how you respond to it that matters” I have heard this quote on numerous occasions in my life, and truth be told I have always heard a small voice whisper in my ear, “well what if you don’t know how to respond”. Things can sometimes happen so unexpectedly  that they leave you in a daze. A deep fog fills your head and you just don’t know what to do.

It is in those times that you can find solace in knowing that you serve a God who is able to reconcile all things, and if you don’t know him….well let me tell you he can. He say’s, “Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10) KJV.

Your enemy would like for you to forget that. He wants to play his song while dancing in your mind to words of discouragement and defeat. And while your situation is very real to you, it is no secret what God can do. He is able to renew your strength and give you direction .

However deem the process may seem just know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t know your problem today, but God does and he is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ever ask him., and give you peace that surpasses all understanding.

Go to him in prayer and tell him about the things that concern you. Some would say just have a little talk with him. I can tell you from experience that he hears, and he answers. He is highly qualified my friend, just talk to him, and listen for his voice, he will speak back.

Finally spend time thinking on good things. It may be the smile of someone else that brings small joy, or a family memory that brings new light, and life into your situation, take that and run with it! Praying Always…….

God Bless…. 🙂
